(I know I'm about a month late) But I think a trilogy that stayed consistent, and got better with each film, was the Bourne series... even tho there's a 4th one on the way!

I have to agree on the Books to movies. I personally read all of the Silence of the Lambs series and I have to say they made it a little more entertaining, espeacially at the end of Hannibal. It's basically a messed up love story. I have to say I really enjoy hearing more people talk about this kind of stuff. Keep it up guys!

I can see why he would like Joseph Gordon-Levitt to replace Heath as Joker. He sorta looks like the guy in a way.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in discussing King of the Hill. King of the Hill isn't really about Texas persay but about how "proud Americans" see themselves v. how they really are. The relationship Hank has with his dad and his son is really the back bone. I also enjoy this show because for once, a wife isn't smarter than her husband. Peggy Sue is dumb as rocks.

Batman villains. BANE, RIDDLER, CATWOMAN, BLACK MASK, MR FREEZE (would be hard but can be done) Robin has to have a F**KED UP background - He needs to be like the Anime were Bruce takes Grayson in and he doesn't even become Robin until later on in the show but he lives and learns from Bruce how to get past the pain and how Bruce and him become brothers BEFORE he became Robin.....Doing that I could see it work but Robin needs to be messed up

everyone is saying don't replace Ledger what bullcrap as a fellow Aussie he must be replaced! The Joker is batmans rival and in the film itself he says "We will be doing this for a long time" Maybe give him a rest for one film BUT HE MUST RETURN! In his prime Kiefer Sutherland would have been THE MAN for the part, From the days of lost boys he would have been perfect for The Joker, Maybe alittle too old now but still he would bring something different to the part. BUT this is the man who SHOULD replace Heath Ledger, Guy Pearce!!!!!!!!!!! He is an aussie he looks the part, he is a great actor and has background with Nolan. GUY PEARCE, THE NEXT JOKER!

I would argue that the Alien Quadrilogy is easily one of the most consistent series. Especially if you include the extended version of the 3rd and once you get over the fact that Newt and Hicks aren't in it. Alien 4 is a good Jean-Pierre Jeunet film (if you like his other movies, there's no reason why you shouldn't like that one). A bit cheesy at times but never boring and it has some memorable moments. Watching all 4 movies in a row gave me a new found appreciation for the last 2 and for the series as a whole.

The first Austin Powers movie was great! It was a nice surprise. I'm a Mike Myers fan... or was during Wayne's World and So I Married an Axe Murderer. I saw Austin Powers and even without knowing everything they were parodying in the spy genre, I had fun. Then it became popular with everyone and we got the two sequels which seemed like they were catering more towards the people who were shooting off the catchphrases and making Dr. Evil sillier. The other two... ugghhh. It just got worse and worse. You know why I love the first one? It's Mike Myers' love letter to the things his father loved watching: The Avengers, James Bond, etc. He had a passion for it and the jokes were clever and fun. The sequels Myers didn't really want to do, but money is money. Sadly, it showed he wasn't all that into it.

Drawn Together was great! A lot of messed up jokes, but even with those, the stories were funny as hell.
