i've actually got another Graphic Novel to suggest for you guys to recommend: The Long Halloween by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. it's a great read with amazing art and there are references made in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

Infernal Affairs (the whole series) is awesome indeed, but I'd be hard pressed to say it's better than The Departed. I'd put them both on about the same level of good.

Infernal Affairs was not better than the Departed. The Departed was done really well and one of the best adaptations of another film ever. The Thing being the greatest remake ever. Oh and I agree Leon, Gangs of New York was awsome.

Another very interesting discussion guys =). I agree that Spielberg is awesome but in regard to Scorcese and the departed; Andrew Lau and Alan Mak did a better job directing Infernal affairs then Scorcesse did with the Departed, fact. I take a lot of issue with the Departed
