Loved Halloween I by Zombie, but man this sequel looks really whack.. I don't even know if I want to rent it. What I want to know is, when the hell are they going to follow the chronology of the IV, V, and VI storylines with the thorn sybol and curse of Myers and all that jazz... Now those were interesting as the films dived into the occult category of horror. H20, Resurrection????? They were supposed to make Hall9ween along time ago as a follow up/ explanation to all the whackness those previous titles couldn't explain. Zombie I believe, should stick with his own horror movie franchise and expand into Dr. Satans character..Stick with what you're good at....Damn I want answers and these remakes aren't cutting it...I want to see the real Halloween 7: The Plague of Michael Myers...made up title but much needed conclusion to the original arc feel me? Give me a hell yeah!!

I saw it opening day and I was on the fence when I left the theater. But the more I thought about it, the more I hated it. I loved Zombie's first Halloween, but this was just a jumbled mess of uselessness.

not a big horror film person, but i still went and saw it. I wasn't really sure of what to expect but it turned out to be pretty rotten. I don't really see how these movies keep getting made, it feels like they ruining the originals which were far more entertaining to watch. >Movie Questions

Loved this film. Definately Low to Medium Full Price, as Mr. Zombie at least tried to deviate from the well-worn plot of the Halloween franchise and tell his own story. I loved the White Horse metaphor, as well as his mother being the driving force of his rage. I also loved the concept of Laurie Strode becoming insane as well...sort of a nod towards Halloween 4 and 5's Jamie Loyld's mental link to Uncle Micheal. Also...Micheal Myers was funny as hell murdering people, from the curb-side stomp on some bouncer to sneaking up on a guy pissing like a ninja. That alone makes it worth much more than that pointless Friday the 13th.

Ok so how many times are they going to make this movie, its like they have started over. I know that Rob wants to try a new angle on it, but come on. I think I am going to wait for this to come out on DVD for the 3rd time. Sorry Rob. Ashley :) >Movie Trivia

I will NEVER pay any money to see another Rob Zombie movie if he insists on putting his wife in them. She has NO PLACE in Halloween 2. Rob is never getting a single dime from me. Why does she have to be in everyone of his movies?

You'd think Mikey Myers would be getting tired of the same sh*t after TEN MOVIES. I think they should leave the series alone, but no, now they're making a third movie. The Halloween fan inside me is weeping. I give this movie a VERY low rental.
