This was the best animated movie I've seen since The Incredibles. The action scenes and the martial art scenes were stunning. Everything was great about this movie. A minor criticism is it was too short, but it was still fun to watch. A very high full price.

The cats are just plain more intimidating than the rest of them. :P And prettier too. :D Love the ending. Plus the beat of the song really works well in the middle of the vid when Tai Lung and Tigress start fighting on the bridge. Cool beans!

I loved it. However i have one complain. You got jackie chan and lucy liu and a bunch of good actors in this thing that would have worked off each other very well...and they have NO lines... whats that all about? DId we really need to get jackie chan in there to say "go protect the village"? and nothing else?

Went to see Kung Fu Panda on Saturday with very high expectations and I wasn't disappointed in fact, it was better than I thought. I was funny and it has a lot of action and adventure. It is also a movie that leaves you some valuable learning like "never give up" and "always believe in yourself". A very good story about an Enthusiastic, big and a little clumsy, Po is the biggest fan of kung fu around which doesn't exactly come in handy while working every day in his family's noodle shop. Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy, Po's dreams become reality when he joins the world of kung fu and studies alongside his idols, the legendary Furious Five--Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey--under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu. But before they know it, the vengeful and treacherous snow leopard Tai Lung is headed their way, and it's up to Po to defend everyone from the oncoming threat. It is like a tribute to all those Chinese kung fu movies. The cast of voices is excellent, Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Dustin Hoffman, Seth Rogen and Michael Clark Duncan all with awesome performances. In conclusion, this is one of the best movie of the season and the best animated DreamWorks movie since Shrek 2.

Wow that was good, that was all I was saying at the end of the movie. It was visually stunning and very funny. I love this movie. And Corey Vire, just slap your kid across the face see if he doesn't calm down and shut up. Full price, not for slapping your kid across the face I mean the movie.

I didn't regret watching this movie, it was entertaining and satisfying from start to finish. A great spoof of the retarded flood of all the weak Kung fu heavy Chinese movies. Grade A voice acting and comedy. I'd rate it Full Price for anyone that enjoys cartoon movies. Its high quality far over shadows what few weak points the movie has, to the point that you may not even notice them. Fear the Panda of Kung fu.

This was a great movie. It wasn't as good as 'the incredibles' but it's up there. The main difference is that 'the incredibles' had A LOT more dialogue and the characters really made the movie. ‘Kung Fu Panda’ was more action and plot oriented, more visually stunning—because it was made years later with better CGI effects—w/ a lot less dialogue, and slightly less character driven. Still though, this movie was a lot of fun. Had a good story, good laughs, and was friggin great to look at. One thing I think is hilarious though is that Jackie Chan probably got paid more than three cents for this. He had like maybe one line in the whole thing!—I guess that’s out of courtesy for the audience. LOL. Similarly, Seth Rogan had maybe 2 lines. This voice over work must be a goddamn gold mine for actors. Anygay, great movie. Go see it, no matter how fruity it may sound in theory, you won't be disappointed.
The Spill Crew Rating:
Synopsis: A clumsy panda bear becomes an unlikely kung fu hero when a treacherous enemy spreads chaos throughout the countryside in this animated martial arts adventure featuring the voices of Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, and Jackie Chan. On the surface, Po (voice of Black) may look like just another portly panda bear, but beneath his fur he b... Continue Reading
