  High Rental, i agree with you guys that this tried way too hard to be a comic book movie! And some of the action sequences could've been much more exciting. Although the film did pick up the second half and the performances were really good.

  I'd give this a Rental too, the action scenes were mediocre, the jokes felt so out of place and bad and the villian was just your everyday douche, I've never read this graphic novel but if I am gonna judge it by this adaption I have to say it seems really lame. I though Chris Evans was really annoying in this movie, all his jokes felt so goddamn out of place, but of course his been getting on my nerves lately. Needless to say I wouldn't call this Some ole Bullshit since if your into action some of this scenes may entertain you.

  Man, I don't know what movie you guys at spill watched, but the movie I saw was great! And the bad guy wanted to kill them from the beginning. They were supposed to die on the chopper. It was gonna be a government cover-up. Man, I love the reviews, but I don't know where you guys are coming from sometimes. I'd recommend this movie to anyone. High Matinee

  I just saw this movie today with my little brother, sister and her friend. It was quiet enjoyable. Though we were stumped by the ending. So this villain is so bad ass, he kills kids, he shots his own men, buys super advanced technology to sell to terrorists, and black ops team can't take him down....but he gets robbed by two civilians...LMAO!!! We had a blast watching Chris Evans whenever he came on. Wasn't expecting the twist half wa through the movie. In my eyes there wasn't a lot of comic style graphics except at the begining and end titles. Though I didn't like it when they kept doing freeze frames whenever someone got shot in the opening scene. This film is perfect, if you got nothing to do, and got friends over.

  I watched this movie in a movie theater. I really enjoyed the sound (great blasts and explosions). I also think that Jason Patrick did an amazing job as the villain. Good flick.

  This movie was exactly like what I thought it was going to be. Once I saw the trailer and they showed EVERY damn scene in this movie that was funny or entertaining except for a few. This movie was moderately entertaining at best, and the only part about this movie that saved it from being a rental for me was Chris Evans comedic relief. my rating = Matinee

  Have to disagree with the review this is a full price movie. Not the best movie dont get me wrong, not even in my top 10 action movies however I do not feel ripped off going to a theater to see it either.   @Mr Interwebs: You're right, Avatar wasn't any of those things, it was nothing at all outside of all CGI. No memorable characters, no substance, and a poor excuse for a bleeding heart. Don't go to a review site if you don't want to see the different opinions of others. 1+ billion dollars =/= good movie, it makes it popular not good. If everything was based of how popular something was, Twilight would be considered among the greatest literary works of all time, and I would insinuate you as a fan of that, but that would just be childish.
