I really tried to be open minded with this movie, but it just didn't work for me. I think they tried too hard to make it funny. I thought Shawn of The Dead was a better Zombie comedy by far. It wasn't the worst movie I've seen, but certainly doesn't even rank in my long list of good ones. Woody and Bill Murray weren't in it it would have been completely horrible!

Wow Tony. Im so glad you applied some engima type code to the cameo in this film. FFS dude, could you not leave it at "This cameo is fantastic, a highlight of the film and the person involved was very sporting"? What next, gonna tell a kid on their birthday that the present in the box is football shaped? If your gonna review stuff (which I applaud you for btw, its no easy feat putting yourself at the mercy of Spilldos and beyond) just dont attempt subtlety, its obviously not a strong point of yours.

Really enjoyed this film. Good jokes, great dialogue, fantastic cameo (im sure some dick has spoilt it here but I refuse to join them). Thought it was going to be very gory but that seemed to pass after the first 15 minutes and focused more on the bonding of strangers and dealt a little with loss (something hardly mentioned in Zombie films). FULL PRICE for me.

Saw this based on your review and I agree. It is one of those rare movies that I don't mind paying to see. Even with the ridiculous prices movies cost nowadays. I enjoyed it so much that I will watch it over and over I'm sure. I might even buy it on DVD. I had a couple nits to pick with the movie, but compared with all the shite that's out there now, it was a gem.

I'm going to give it a High Full Price. Not reaching Better Than Sex level due to the fact that there is a 30 minute stretch in the middle of the movie, where there is not ONE single zombie.

This movie's BADASS! BETTER THAN SEX! As long as you're willing to forgive Jesse E. being a complete pussy, (which you get used to) and 2 botched lines, there's nothing to hate about the movie and >everything to love! (Well ok, there are also 2 beginnings, one after another, what's up with that?). Anyways, the movie kicks ass!
