i'd give it a full price :) i wasnt expecting much because i didnt enjoy the first film, but hellboy 2 was funny, artistic, sexy (selma blair)! I bet none of you thought of Pan's Labyrinth when seeing all the demons etc! LOL! yea ill be buying it wen it comes out... and ill try n watch the first one again see if its better now lol!

This is a fookin ace film!!! Haven't enjoyed a film this much for while now, the dark knight was a really good film, but i enjoyed hellboy more!! The effects were shit hot, the gags were really funny, the plot was great and the actors were all really good in this film. People u need to watch this film asap!!!!

Just watched it. Not a great movie at all, but I really enjoyed Luke Goss's elf prince character. He, his sister, and the Angel of Death were the most interesting to watch. Everyone else was pretty disposable.

I guess I was watching another movie. Hell Boy 2 sucked, this movie does not do justice to the comic book nor film writing. I feel asleep during the first parts of the movie. The action was decent but the story sucked. BIG TIME!!

Sorry Spill Crew, but you REALLY underrated this movie. "Hellboy 2" had just as many amazing characters as it did designs, not to mention the great storytelling and originality of it all. This is a Full Price movie.

I agree with this review. I thought everything about this film was amazing except the dialogue which was awkward and clumsy as well as some bad ass lines like when Liz says "You should be running"...That was already said in the previous film and it was bordering on silly. Hearing it a second time made me groan.

Have to agree with Carlyle on this. I mean come on guys, it's a movie about a demon turned superhero and you're complaining because it lacks depth? Whiskey tango foxtrot. What were you expecting? Schindler's List? It's a summer action flick intended to be consumed with copious amounts of popcorn. You guys need to loosen up and stop demanding so much from the average movie.

This was really a very good movie, A film written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, the man that brought us the magical Pan's Labyrinth. If you enjoy the first Hellboy movie, this one is a 100% better, it is funnier it has more action and adventure it even has a little romance. The special effects are awesome, the story is better and more interesting, The mythical world starts a rebellion against humanity in order to rule the Earth, so Hellboy and his team must save the world from the rebellious creatures. The movie has the characteristic fantasy of Del Toro's movies with incredible creatures. The rhythm is quick, a thing that won't let you get bored. The cast is very good, Ron Perlman is great as Hellboy, this role fits perfectly on him, Selma Blair is also very good with the difference that his character has a sweeter touch this time, Doug Jones as "Abe" Sapien was excellent and very funny. Well to conclude, Hellboy 2 was a real joy and completely worthy, totally recommendable.
