I just got the DVD. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen. The clothes were fairly nice and it was entertaining in bits. There was no flow to the story though. There weren't highs and lows. There were different scripts pieced together. There was not enough development or good writing or good acting to make it a good dramatic movie, and there was not enough charm for the foolishness and the rest to be overlooked.

I loved this movie. The gals and I got dressed up for opening night, went out for cocktails, then went to the movie. I will have to rent it when it comes out because I missed a lot over the laughter! Highly recommend it for the 40 something viewer even though the theater was full of all ages and they all seemed to enjoy it just as much as us older gals!

I was dragged to watch this miserable pile of bloody diarrhea by my girlfriend, and I am sincere when I say it was as though someone condensed the comforts of child birth, hormonal bipolar reversals of a million menstruation periods, 3000 yeast infections, combined with the bliss of being castrated with a wooden spoon, all to form one monstrously horrendous experience that I was forced to endure for 2 and a half friggin hours! It gets worse. I could barely contain my chagrin during this piece of shit, let alone the hours that follow. I got into a fight with my girlfriend because I, being a reasonable human being, could not fathom how she, or anyone on earth, could ever believe the behavior displayed by these miserable cougars on screen was acceptable, or didn't even feel the slightest urge to rip their own eye balls out their sockets and hurl them angrily at the screen. So thanks "Sex and the City" for jipping me out of the sex I so clearly deserved after watching that horrible piece of dog afterbirth you called a movie. Mixing the gross antics-- attempting to funny it up with "Something about Mary,"/"along came Polly" bullshit--could never in a million years save this movie from feeling like I was having a watermelon covered in sandpaper shoved up my ass. If you put a gun to my head and told me to watch the movie again, I would wrap my lips around the barrel and pull the trigger myself. Fuck this movie! ARGH!!!
